Been listening to old cds lately.. i'd almost forgotten how great some of these tracks are! songs like 'drops of jupiter' by train, 'stick em up' by quarashi, 'shout' by disturbed, not to mention the red hot chilli peppers and guns and roses collection.. man do they get me feelin high!.. these songs saw me through a good part of my teens, school and all.. now im jus an old prick who hates young punks..
i must add that most of these albums were burnt during a simpler time when 20 bucks for a cd was really a lot of money.. well of cuz its still a lot of money now, but i buy more originals now cos im too lazy to download and burn them haha (which reminds me.. im beginning to really overspend on cds)
btw theres this really cool exhibition on vatican christian art in town! everyone should go see it.. maybe can pick up some secret codes from the pieces ala da vinci code some more.. hurhur..

Special Exhibitions Gallery
Explore the magnificent collection from the Vatican Museums to discover the importance of Rome as a place of pilgrimage - a journey of faith that was and is still performed by many Christians around the world.
The story starts with the main episodes in the life of Jesus, the development of early Christianity, and the importance of the two apostles – Peter and Paul. Visitors can see artefacts associated with the early Christians and learn why Rome is also known as The New Jerusalem. The exhibition will explore early pilgrimages to the Holy Land and to Rome , and the establishment of the Jubilees (special pilgrimage years). Visitors will see fascinating artefacts related to pilgrimages – for example badges worn by pilgrims during the 15th century, and the trowel used by the Pope to close the door of St Peter at the end of a Jubilee Year, as well as a Papal tiara and throne. The story of St Francis Xavier and his voyages to Asia and Christianity in Singapore will be the other themes explored and the exhibition experience will end with audio-visual accounts of a modern day Christian pilgrimage.
This exhibition is a fascinating journey and one not to be missed.
