i thought green spot was long extinct from singapore alr! even kikapoo is an endangered species now.
if ya want to know where to drink green spot, go to the bridge linking esplanade to fullerton, theres a man selling green spot and other old skool drinks off a make-shift stall.

i know that its a bit out of point and elections are alr over. but seb was showing me some shit off mr.brown.com about lee hsien loongs speech, so i went to check out the speech itself.
i dont wanna get political or anything but..

would ya rather vote for a bunch of jokers in the back of a lorry wearing farmer hats or cardboard placards, i honestly cant decide.

Blacks Midnight 7s (Women)

To date, BRFC is the only club in Singapore to have organised and run a tournament for women's contact rugby in Singapore. The inaugural Blacks Women's 7s in 1998 saw teams from Japan and Thailand which made an indelible mark in the local women's rugby scene. In 2000, the BRFC Women stamped their mark by emerging champions on home ground in the Blacks Women's 7s.

This time around, The teams from singapore, hongkong thailand and guam are split into a number of pools. Play on the first night of the tournament consists of pool matches on a round robin basis. Points are awarded for wins, losses and draws and go towards each team's final points tabulation. The quarterfinals, semifinals and finals will be played on the next day.

MAN

i was driving home the other day and saw the old man that walks my street strolling on the sidewalk again. i really feel sad when i see him cos he's kinda like mentally disabled and probably already in his 60's. he walks my street barefoot for about an hour clad only in old man boxers everyday routinely in the mornings at 7 and in the wee hours of the night like at 1am. if it rains or it gets too sunny, he carries a worn out umbrella to walk but never ever skips his ritual. God only knows where he came from and where he is headed, or like does he have a family at home, or is he walking to meet friends. in his own world olivious to the fast cars whizzing past, staring intently only at the pavement which his feet steps on, never speaking to a soul, he jus walks on and on..
