JETS AND SHARKS

remember in sec school, there were the good boys who studied hard and attended football trainings regularly, spoke well and did the right things. and then there were those ruffians who smoked and chased skirts, frequented the arcade and computer shops, failed all the tests but still did well when it counted?
well its happening again in the office. i prefer hanging out with the good boys. but the streetsmarts like me too. unfortunately what they talk about makes me extremely uncomfortable, although the fact that they talk about their affairs in front of me speaks volumes. i dont want ppl to think that im like them. balancing is a fine art. welcome to the real world.

i never forgot this documentary on tv about this guy who spent over 20 years fixing broken wheelchairs for old folks who paid him peanuts. he always had so many wheelchairs to repair that he hardly had time to relax. initially i thought that was really stupid. but then, i realised, no, thats kinda neat, he truely enjoyed what he did and they loved him so much for doing so. though i cant say exxon mobil and soxal will love me for laying pipes to feed them gas hahaha

God, its moments like these when i need Your guidiance the most
cant seem to grasp You lately..
let me do You proud.
